รายละเอียดงาน
· Lead a team of staff to deliver GL services to Group business units.
· Manage client service relationships with business units.
· Complete within deadlines of all monthly closing & reporting functions in accordance with Group processes and policies.
· Provide accurate financial reports and ensure that all month-end reporting deadlines are met.
· Providing on-going coaching team to develop and improve skills and capabilities.
· Ensure compliance with all Group policies and statutory controls including external/internal audit requirements.
· Ensure all internal record management is maintained to comply with all accounting standards.
· Handle audit, tax and other statutory reporting matters, including liaison with relevant external parties.
· Working with all internal/external audit teams to ensure positive audit outcomes.
· Authorise payments for agencies.
· Support management on TWC initiatives as assigned.
· Support management on continuous improvement projects as appropriate.
· Journal voucher transaction for agencies as assigned and review all JV for the team.
· Inter-company transactions.
· Maintain fixed assets register.
· All balance sheet account reconciliation.
· Other ad-hoc assignments as required.
ประสบการณ์
· Bachelor of Accountancy
· At least 10 years of relevant working experience with 4-5 years of managerial experience
· Knowledge of accounting standards and tax requirements
· Knowledge of accounting standards and tax requirements
· Experience in analysis of data and reporting compilation
· Experience in using accounting systems and reporting packages
· Experience in Hyperion reporting is preferred
· Strong working knowledge of Excel
· Experience in analysis of data and reporting compilation
· Fair written and spoken English
