Job Descriptions:

• Implement and maintain all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance
• To provide routine checks to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of all processes of quality
• To oversee and head the QC team and liaise with personnel from other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of company quality control in all aspects of the manufacturing process
• To establish, implement and sustain quality parameters/standards and deploy it effectively by training, documentation and other appropriate means across the organization in all production areas
• Ensure production adhere to quality standard and requirements by periodically conducting the quality inspection
• Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis and implementation of short-term and long-term countermeasures
• Provide all kinds of the report including monthly quality report, supplier monthly quality report required
• The other works assigned by the supervisor or required by regulations 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronic engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in quality control in manufacturing
• Familiar with factory quality management systems (ISO9001)
• Experience 7QC tools, 8D report, 5 why, and 5 quality tools (APQP/ PPAP/ FMEA/ SPC/ MSA)
• Black Six Sigma/ Lean Manufacturing skills are preferred
• Good communication in English skill
• Honest, positive, self-motivated, team spirit, problem solver with good interpersonal skills
