รายละเอียดงาน
  • Actively participate in the sales turnover achievement, provide excellent customer experience, work in a team and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching to floor staff on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, etc. to ensure the highest level of service is achieved
  • Responsible for all Made to Measure (MTM) Tailoring processes, methodologies and ordering steps with suppliers
  • Provide customer services to floor staff and work with the team to best handle customer complaints
  • Customer relationship management – New customers, retention of customers, maintain relationship with clients
  • Regular updates to customers on new apparels and recommendations
  • Responsible in maintaining inventory integrity – minimise stock losses & ensure monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts  
  • Provide Daily, weekly and monthly action plan to deliver the expected sales results
  • Optimize the duty rosters to guarantee proper floor coverage, maximise sales whilst minimizing payroll expenses       
  • Conduct daily briefings to the floor staff on customer service, month to date sales, grooming and highlights of the day
  • Manage the POS system. Keep a track on the updating of POS system by junior staff    
  • Active Introduction and Participation in Brand promotional programs and events 
  • Visual Merchandising / Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
  • Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs
  • Ensure monitoring of staff performance on a regular basis and identify areas for training when necessary
  • Maintain supplier’s relationship and actively seek out new avenues for business
  • Update the customer database, email customers on new arrivals, call customers
  • Update management on Sales performance of the team
  • New customers report to management, Footfall report to management


ประสบการณ์
  • At least 5 years from luxury retail
  • Good command of English
