Organisation IT Support:
- Install, monitor and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, systems and any applications used within the organisation
- Support teams from Bangkok and Singapore to set up systems, troubleshoot and resolve any IT issues
- Set-up user accounts for IT software and applications used
- Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades
- Investigate, diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults
- Maintain records of software licenses
- Procure and manage IT equipment and other supplies
Projects and system support:
- Perform software testing
- Manage Cloud Servers on Heroku / Amazon Web Service
- Oversee general server administration tasks such as add / delete user, permissions, authorizations or email
- Raise defects in tracking system and follow-through on defect resolution
- Maintain logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests
- Review and understand business and/ or operations requirements (Business Requirement Document/ Change Request)
- Document and update standard operating procedures, user instructions as well as provide technical documents to customer like installation, configuration, operation and troubleshooting, etc
- Design system refreshment, security hardening, and plans of disaster recovery, backups, redundancy and fail-over
การศึกษา
- At least 3 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
- Good communication skills, and proficient in English
- Self-starter and is able to drive / complete deliverable independently, and able to work well with others
- Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly, and work under time constraints
- Able to work effectively even in situations with ambiguity and uncertainty
