- Manage, drive and monitor OTC sales team to achieve company's target
- Initiate sales strategy and plan for expanding the market
- Develop a strong understanding of the Commercial team’s sales strategies including sales force effectiveness initiatives, customer segmentations, affiliations/alignments, engagement activities and surface insights to key stakeholders
- Design and implement effective customer call planning and targeting tools to support on-going sales promotion and assist management in evaluating sales productivity/performance
- Handle and oversee all Pharmaceutical Compliance
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Experience in Salesforce Effectiveness, OTC sales, Business analyst and compliance
- Good command of English
- Mature, flexible and work well under pressure
