• Plan and implement collection structure, collect outstanding payment and make report 
• Monitor cash flow and manage fund sourcing from external leasing companies
• Develop credit and risk management to do credit analysis for possibility of bad dept
• Review, monitor and take all necessary actions for the efficiency and effective financial operation. 
• Control team and motivate them as well as coach to up soft and hard skills
• Develop and maintain relationship with external and internal parties
• Prepare analysis report to management team 

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• Working experience in full loop of financial in retail or whole sales industry
• At least 5 years of experience in management level for credit, collection and corporate finance with knowledge of finance regulations and requirements
• Good credit analysis skill using credit bureau information, background checks, insurance information (B2B)
• Business English
• Understand Japanese working environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Eyes on detail, good communication skill
