Draw up a plan – Internal rules, Corporate governance, International accounting standard
Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payable, payroll and financial reporting.
Analyzing company's financial results with respect to profits, trends, costs and compliance with budgets. Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management.
Report to Japanese Executive and Japanese Head Quarter
Business planning

Experienced accounting for senior accounting officer.（VP level, CFO）
Certain knowledge of US GAAP.（or IFRS）, Corporate governance, draw up internal rules
Familiar with IT and automation in accounting process.
Business level English
Having experience in leasing company or credit card company or finance (only trading company/manufacturing company)
Strong leadership, communication skill, coordination skill, presentation skill, problem solving skil
Having experience in Audit firm is fine
