• Lead and guide team to Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
• Responsible for yield and all cost components of cost in plant, discuss and plan in cost reduction, optimization and bring overall efficiency
• Lead and guide team to Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards as per parameters given by our R& D and qualities team
• Stay up to date with latest operation and production management best practices and concepts
• Collect and analyses data to find places of waste or overtime
• Responsible for overall supply chain and ensuring full material planning procurement, production and delivery.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or Industrial Engineering
• 5 years experience in the Rice Crackers or food manufacturing process 
• Knowledge about other food process is highly value
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources, supply chain)
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• Communicable in English
