Primary role is as back-end Django developer
Secondary role is as data analyst
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
Take ownership of delivering new features, from initial planning to release
Communicate with other team members to define and meet goals and objectives as a team

At least 3 years of experience building software (Python, Django, REST and databases)
Good communication skills, and proficient in English
Self-starter and is able to drive / complete deliverable independently
Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly, and work under time constraints
Strong team player
Able to work effectively even in situations with ambiguity and uncertainty
