รายละเอียดงาน
- Serve customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Maintain price list
- Handle Order Entry
- Check product availability
- Coordinate with Supply Chain for products availability
- Arrange shipments, delivery until end process
- Issue correct shipping documentation
- Solicit pending payments
- Support Sales Manager
- Supply various documentation to customers
- Contribute to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of each problem
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 2 - 4 years experience in Industrial Customer Service, Coordinator, Administration, Sales support or related field
- Experience with global network
- Preferred experience with SAP
- Ability to make good relationship with current customer and new prospect customers
- Result oriented, accurate and customer focus
- Team work, good listener, open mind
- Good command of English and computer literacy
