• Manage and control inventory to ensure operational continuity and products/goods/materials run smoothly.
• Inspect products/goods/materials received and report any issue as well as in charge of inventory control of all warehouse stocks and verify all documents related to warehouse stock system.
• Manage, plan and supervise of warehouse/logistics procedures.
• Ensure proper handling of products/goods/materials receiving in the right quantities and conditions.
• Provide accurate and in time reports to allow for active and timely management decision making.
• Responsibility for proper storage of all products/goods/materials and proper recording of all stock movements.
• Ensure staff high moral and teamwork in order to eliminate business disruption.
• Responsibility for organizing and performing periodically stock count.
• Maintain safety and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
• Control warehouse planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems, evaluating and recommending new equipment.
• Supervise and train warehouse staffs for working procedures/instructions and keep monitoring to ensure staffs follow agreed procedures.
• Work closely with relevant departments and relevant tasks as assigned by the management.

ประสบการณ์

·        Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields

·        At least 5 years’ experience in managing warehouse operations from FMCG business  

·        Proven analytical and warehouse management skills

·        Experience of warehouse management and inventory management

·        Good leadership and team building skills, able to implement training and manage large groups of people

·        Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail

·        Communicable level in English and proficient in computer literacy

·        Able to travel periodically.
