Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
Participate in regular tax audits and payroll
Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
Manage month-end and year-end closing
Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records
Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
Establish accounting system, policies and procedures, aligned with company’s targets Ensure compliance with the law
Contact with government office for registration and any procedure for new set up plant related to accounting

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting and month-year end closing
Experience in new set up factory is preferable
Good knowledge in accounting standard and regulations
Possess BOI knowledge is a plus
Good command of Chinese
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excellent in MS Excel) and Accounting Software (SAP)
Proactive with positive attitude
