• Manage all finance, accounting and tax matters such as P&L Statements, Closing and Reporting, Finalization of Accounts, Audit Processes, Budgeting and Forecast, and Treasury Management, etc.
• Monitor Thailand's operation performance by identifying trends, recommending areas of improvement, analyzing cost, gross margin and KPIs review.
• Drive Thailand's commercial function toward best operation standard
• Get involved in sales and investment processes
• Lead all funding and project financing matters 
• Represent Thailand executives and manage good relationship with all stakeholders both internal and external organization
• Manage procurement team to ensure compliance of processes and optimization of expenditure and investment 

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Finance, Accounting, with MBA is a plus
• CPA or CFA holder is required
• 10-15 years of experience in Finance in senior level from international service company
• Merger and Acquisition experience will be a great advantage
• Possess cost optimization mindset with sound business orientation to bring great value to company
• Excellent English communication and presentation skill 
• Able to work with regional and senior management 
• Strong leadership, people management, and continual process improvement skills
• Able to travel on site in Rayong 

การศึกษา

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Finance, Accounting, with MBA is a plus
