• Define the target to manage and improvement to attainable the production goal
• Initiate the appropriate of work instruction to ensure subordinates perform their responsibilities properly
• Control the performance of production line to achieve the plan
• Coach and train the subordinates to ensure they shall perform the assignment to achieve the target
• Motivate and monitoring subordinates’ job performance, then evaluate & feedback for improvement
• Ensure high efficiency of Production in terms of good quality of products, on time delivery and low waste ratio
• Fact finding the root cause and fixed the countermeasure including action plan to improve the production efficiency

ประสบการณ์

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Production from Suspension Automotive Parts Manufacturing
• At least 3 years in supervisor level
• Knowledges of IATF16949, ISO14001, and SSQ5K (Safety, Save Energy, QCC, 5S, Kaizen)
• Good mindset, fast learner, active, pleasant personality and strong leadership
• Good communication and presentation skills, team player and result oriented, attention to details
• Good command of English (Business Level) and computer literacy

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline, Industrial Technology or related fields
