- Responsible for Administration activities in the HR/Admin department.
- Support staffs by performing a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature.
- Administration and renewal of application for business licenses, VISA and WP of local, expats and dependents.
- Manage residence for expats and annual health for all staffs.
- Co-ordinate and correlate with HR and prepare and update of new org. chart twice per year and as and when required.
- Coordinate, plan and make necessary arrangements for the big meetings and conferences as and when required.
- Make travel arrangements such as booking and tracking of unused airline tickets, rental car coupons and company frequent flyer miles.
- Plan and arrange company’s / corporate’s events.
- Assist company in administrative matters to assure meeting profit, customers, and quality objectives.
- Produces a variety of correspondence and reports as requested using appropriate office equipment, stationeries, word processing, graphics and spreadsheet software.
- Source/review, Bench mark and interview service providers to ensure high standards and efficiency of resources and contracted works.
- Oversee all company’s drivers and vehicle matters and handle for any adhoc company’s car requirements and availability including Driver’s yearly appraisal.
- House-keeping control and manage of in-house cleaners and contracts renewal.
- Inventory control and track stock order and distribution of Uniforms.
- Learning, training and development which includes updating of training log sheet record and arrangements for the company.
- Tracks Departmental Meeting log for compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
ประสบการณ์
- Proficient in all aspects of modern office administration tasks.
- Requires minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- In depth knowledge of standard office equipment and business software, including Microsoft Team e.g. word processing, databases, spread sheets and presentation software and etc.
- Good in time management, writing, communication and speaking skills.
- Ability to identify and maintain confidential information.
- In depth organizing, managing and prioritizing skills.
- Ability to lead a team and be accepted by others as a member of a self-directed team.
- Ability to handle people and situations in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory for this position.
- Able to read and write English is mandatory.
- Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2)
- Possess own vehicle with valid Driving License.
