• Overseeing the marketing department.
• Creating and overseeing the company’s marketing strategy and campaigns, including guidelines for advertising, pricing, distribution, and placement in stores of products and services
• Evaluating and developing the marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Analyze market, trend, and competitors 
• Facilitate conversations about the needs and desires of the company’s customers or target market and marketing efforts, technology, tools, and resources to address the needs and desires
• Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections.
• Compiling lists describing our offerings.
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor's Degree of Marketing or any related field
• At least 10 years of experience in Marketing (home and living/sanitaryware product is an advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skill
• Good command of English 
• Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
