·        Provide financial and accounting support to large cross-functional capital projects.

·        Provide assistance in financial accounting and consolidation for strategic projects.

·        Provide financial and accounting assistance for strategic and capital projects.

·        Ensure and validate the development of business case analyses for capital initiatives.

·        Develop standard guidelines and service levels for project accounting assistance.

·        Monitor financial and accounting drivers of projects.

·        Support decision making on financial attractiveness of projects and initiatives (including business case modelling).

·        Assist in accounting support for cross functional and major capital projects.

·        Build capabilities of businesses to perform project accounting autonomously.

·        Financial analysis support for ongoing optimization and productivity projects.

·        Drive continuous improvements.

·        Track performance across projects and sites to ensure continuous improvement.

ประสบการณ์

·        Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields

·        Drive the solution to most complex business problems

·        Possess the strategic perspective and create sustained results for Pandora (financial, non-financial)

·        Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs

·        Effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity

·      Being an inspirational leader; practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests, self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard; willing to change, smart about other people; has an ability to lead, manage, motivate, and run own team of future leaders

·        Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; interact effectively with the organization and fluently in both Thai & English language
