Responsibilities:

  • Manage the talent acquisition process throughout the job lifecycle from role briefing through to offer stages
  • Advise business stakeholders, HR colleagues and external parties on talent acquisition including sourcing strategies
  • Source exceptional candidates to meet current and future business needs including building talent pools
  • Utilize a range of techniques and assessments to provide high quality short lists of candidates to the business: Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organisation's recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position
  • Responsible for Employer Branding Project.


ประสบการณ์

Qualification:

  • Bachelor or higher in HR or related fields
  • At least 5 – 10 years of experiences in HR in Multinational Company would be a must.
  • Experience in sourcing candidate from fresh graduated level to C-level
  • Strong management and people skills
  • Experience in recruitment agency is a plus
  • Excellence in English both written and spoken
