รายละเอียดงาน
· Build up and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality shop prospects
· Analyze key issues and develop goal and strategies for each site prospect
· Contribute to optimize the site development process
· Negotiate and secure strong terms and conditions of lease agreement for each site
· Create high quality Business Case material for presentation to management
· Ensuring Compliance with legislation and required approvals
· Ensuring Compliance with shop standards, policies and specifications
· Ensuring clear and relevant internal communication of the site projects
ประสบการณ์
· Minimum 3 years of establish/expansion experience or equivalent like Leasing Manager/Location Manager.
· Experience of working with fast growing companies, retail, FMCG, is an advantage.
