To operate and resolve service requests and situations.
To follow and make a note of situations and to examine to ensure that the situations will be accurately and expectedly taken placed.
To install and configure computer hardware, network software, and printers.
To supervise, operate, and resolve problems involving LAN&WAN structural networks, and the software and hardware of the PABX Telephone System Network’s safety requirements.
To examine a quality of an operation, system, and overall infrastructure for internal and external users.
To control and administer an upgrade notes and patching of systems and applications.
To maintain and improve an availability of the system agreeing with the SLA by developing a problem solution, creating inspection equipment, or providing a controlling process.
To instruct a new technology or method to improve an administering system and application.
To provide support, advice, and training to all team-members so they can keep up with new changes from various businesses, new projects, and all kinds of related problems.
To control and monitor all licenses involving IT intellectual properties and software from various sites.

Bachelor degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an organizational structure with MS Windows Environment.
Good knowledge in Windows Server Family, Windows Workstation, Windows Operation system, SQL Server, and Microsoft Office 365ใ
Good experience in network operation and support.
Good knowledge in the use of the long-distance signaling tools to support all users and systems located in remote areas.
Long experience in a teamwork environment.
Skillful in interpersonal communication, leadership, investigation, problem-solving.
Good self-disciplined, accountable, and able to work independently with less supervision.
Good English proficiency.
Be able to travel to provide an off-site support.
Be able to perform multi-tasking, and work under pressure with well attitude.
