- To manage performance appraisal and improvement systems.
- To manage employment and compliance to regulatory concerns.
- To promote and improve communication to employees.
- To develop and revise all related HR policy and regulation.
- To manage employee relations, counseling.
- To manage government reporting regulations affecting human resources.
ประสบการณ์
- Thai nationality, Female only, 36-45 years.
- Bachelor or higher in Management, Political Sciences, Law or related field.
- Must have HR experience at least 10 years.
- Good command in English.
- Experience in Large company especially Japanese company.
- Knowledge in Labor Law, HRD, HRM.
