Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the resolution of application and (leasing) system issues that occur from business requirement
- Providing technical support to teams/users and be able to assist with systems integrations when it needs
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures. Also preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems to cope with business requirement
- Investigate the causes of the issue on software and able to teach and train users to understand the solutions
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience in software and application support
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration and IT Hardware and Software is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to diagnose & address application issue
