Responsibilities :
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels
- Understands in store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Build the category vision and category plan with action based on thorough analysis of shopper, consumer, competitors, and market data.
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
- Develop and execute marketing plan to establish and maintain brand awareness.
- Analyze competitive data, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight to develop and improve tactics.
- Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand by anticipating consumer trends.
- Manage cross-functional teams of the brand and products launch project.
- Create brand message and image that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share
ประสบการณ์
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in FMCG, Agencies, retail, or other consumer business with exposure to consumer research, advertising development, and new product launch.
- Good interpersonal skill and teamwork.
- Strong planning, analytical, and management skills with ability to multitask.
- Fluent in English
