Job Description
- Co-ordination with various departments to provide updated information/reports to the customer.
- Communicating courteously with the customer by telephone, fax, emails.
- Communicating with shipper, exporters , importer , buying houses for cargo movement.
- Tracking the status of the shipment and regularly updating all the concerned parties.
ประสบการณ์
Qualification
- Thai native speaker
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3 year experience in Logistics business focus sea import and export
- Good knowledge in sea export-import related documents
- Able to work under pressure and flexible hours working times
- Good command in English
