Main Responsibility
- Responsible for Retail HR project. This project is a project under legendary strategy in Thailand. It comprises 4 main parts which are Attract & Select, Welcome & Empower, Develop & Retain and last but not least the tools & systems. The person in charge needs to work closely with dealers, field force team, supplier, agency, colleagues in other markets and AG.
- Training Needs Analysis and Budget Control are the second and third important responsibilities. This entails providing training activities in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political sciences / Accounting / BA / Economics or any related fields
- At least 10 years working experience in training, development area.
- Good Command in English
- Good Communication & Negotiation skill
- Experience in managing & controlling of training budget, facilities, timeline etc.
