- Responsible for customer service which has to cooperate with team members, regional sales manager, forwarders and customers.
- Follow up and monitor the accuracy of orders, shipments and related data or information.
- Support customer for any problems or enquires.
- Other tasks as assigned.
ประสบการณ์
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or related roles & responsibilities.
- Experienced in Chemical business is preferred.
- Excellence command of English both written and spoken and experience in dealing with regional team is an advantage.
- Good computer literacy: Microsoft Office and ERP system.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem solving and interpersonal skills with good personality.
การศึกษา
- Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration or related filed.
