- Create operational processes for our product starting from KYC process to full cycle of products
- Lead, manage, and ensure the efficiency of both internal staffs and external vendors in the following areas: Customer Service, Risk Management, Legal, Human Resource, Finance and Accounting, and Contract and Procurement
- Ensure the company’s operating model and policy are carried in an appropriate way
- Design and implement policies or strategies of the company to the best practice
- Control and monitor quality of the company’s operation
- Oversee and monitor risk assessment, risk identifying, and risk evaluate processes
- Plan, create and implement risk-minimizing procedures
- Create a risk awareness culture in the company by training or other appropriate ways
- Other related duties
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor or higher degree in related fields
- 10 – 15 years of experience in operation and risk management
- Experience in the financial industry or digital asset industry is a plus
- Excellent in management, leadership, self-motivate and coordination skills
- Fluent in English in both written and spoken
