• Create operational processes for our product starting from KYC process to full cycle of products
• Lead, manage, and ensure the efficiency of both internal staffs and external vendors in the following areas: Customer Service, Risk Management, Legal, Human Resource, Finance and Accounting, and Contract and Procurement
• Ensure the company’s operating model and policy are carried in an appropriate way
• Design and implement policies or strategies of the company to the best practice
• Control and monitor quality of the company’s operation
• Oversee and monitor risk assessment, risk identifying, and risk evaluate processes
• Plan, create and implement risk-minimizing procedures
• Create a risk awareness culture in the company by training or other appropriate ways
• Other related duties

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor or higher degree in related fields
• 10 – 15 years of experience in operation and risk management
• Experience in the financial industry or digital asset industry is a plus
• Excellent in management, leadership, self-motivate and coordination skills
• Fluent in English in both written and spoken
