Achieve growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
In charge of validation of local dealer activities applying for the Dealer Marketing Fund support program
Main counterpart for dealers in charge of key elements of the joint business (Relationship, Sales/Aftersales Performance, local Marketing and Retail Development & Customer Care Measures)
Analyze and ensure adequate delivery to dealers in terms of volume, mix, options and timing in cooperation with sales planning.
Monitor target achievement of dealers, elaborate end implement concrete measures with dealers to assure target achievement
Monitor and support in the achievement of dealer NPS targets (Sales and Service).
ประสบการณ์
Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields.
3-5 years working experience in Sales, experience in motorcycle / automotive industry
Capability to work successfully with different level of process partners (e.g. Sales Staff, General Manager and Dealer Principal) at the dealer
Flexibility for frequent business travel to dealers and events.
Good command of English
Personal interest in motorcycles and valid motorcycle riding license
