• Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements from customers.

• Define features, pros and cons of the product in order to support production selection.

• Finding the best tech solution among all possible to meet customer requirement.

• Supply the technical details of proposed solutions and man day estimation.

• Create presentation document and explain for technical terms to customer.

• Always seek and catch up for new technology trends in the market.

Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer engineering or Computer Science or related fields.
3-5 Years have experience relating to pre-sale (technical) or implementation in IT systems and networks.
Understand general concepts of systems and network trending on the market.
Familiar with enterprise products such as Vmware, Cisco, TrendMicro, Palo Alto, Veeam Backup, Could services (AWS or Azure)
Good communication in English language.
Microsoft, Cisco, Vmware, AWS, Azure certified will be advantage.
