• Communicate ideas quickly and effectively using a combination of sketching, CAD layouts, 3D models and working prototypes to evaluate potential solutions.
• Coordinate with Head Quarter to manage Product Development and Product Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to the design of our products.
• Identify new ideas, products and/or features that improve customer satisfaction.
• Improve designs for cost effectiveness, manufacturing improvements, increased quality and value.
• Work closely with internal and external department to ensure that great ideas make it through to production.

ประสบการณ์

• 5-8 years of experience in product development or project management.
• Above 3 years of increasing responsibility in project management, strong communication skill and leadership is crucial
• Understand different cultures and can work with different regional team members
• Fluent English speaking and writing as working language
• Professional skill on Microsoft Office and MS Project

การศึกษา

• Bachelor’s Degree in a product development related discipline in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design Engineering.
