รายละเอียดงาน

·        Installing, troubleshooting and maintaining Troubleshoot hardware, application software, network, operating system and all technology issues

·        Managing the IT infrastructure operations.

·        Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing (EDP)

·        Develop and implement application system, policies and procedures for electronic data processing systems.

·        Planning and managing the IT budget.

·        Liaising with vendors to ensure best service and support.

·        Working with regional IT and business leaders to coordinate projects, managing capacity and optimizing performance, reliability and efficiency.

·        Administering backup solution and IT support.

·        Provide orientation to new users of existing technology

·        Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources

·        Monitor security of all technology

·        Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status

·        Comply IT system with IT Group policy

·        Act as a key point of contact to Business Representatives within his/her area of responsibility on IT related matter

·        Ensure IT services act as an accelerator to reach business objectives, for example, to acquire and retain more candidates and sales.

·        Maintain up-to-dates market, competitor and vendor awareness, provide advise and insight in to trends, new innovation and market changes. Provide this insight to BPO's and others as appropriate / requested

·        Support his/her Line Manager in identifying the impact of process and system changes on the business organization

·        Measure process effectiveness and efficiency (business KPIs)

·        Conduct Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiations with Business Representatives

ประสบการณ์

·        Minimum 5 years experiences in IT administration, maintenance and support

·        Experience in IT Manager or Project Management

·        Experience in customer services especially in Information Technology or related areas (Service Desk Management).

·        Has experience on IT Technical Skill : Blade Server, Storage, MS SQL, Oracle Database managements, Backup system, Windows Infrastructure platform.

·        Good knowledge of network security practices, protocols, and standards such as Firewall, Switch, Router

·        Has experience on ACCPAC application will be advantaged.

·        Good understanding of information and communication technologies.

·        User service orientated.

·        Configuration and Change Management experience

·        Problem solving and decision making abilities.

·        Good verbal and written communication skills.

·        Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

·        Experience with the service management best practices (e.g., ITIL)

·        Good command of spoken and written English

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields
