- Welcoming and servicing customers visiting the project in accordance with the standards set by the company.
- Provide detailed information about the project and can analyze the customer to close the sale.
- Follow up on the results of the contract of purchase and sale of customers.
- Accelerate the number of contracts to buy and sell.
- Track the results of customer overdue installments.
- Record customer information through the system, such as reservations, contracts, installment payments.
- Prepare information and various necessary details such as promotions, image to promote projects in both online and offline.
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 1-3 year experience in sales real estate or finance will be advantages.
- Fast learner and have an interest in real estate business.
- Skilled in presentation and negotiation.
- Active, good personality.
- Able to work 5.5 days per week.
- Able to work in Chonburi or Rayong province.
- Own car with driving license.
- Have a commission with car allowance.
