Control in-process inspection / Final inspection
Monitor & Follow up problem improvement in-process
Set up KPI, Work instruction and Budget of department
Control calibration system / measurement equipment
Control prepare report / test result report to support customer requirement
Participate APQP team and core tool review
Review monthly report to H/Q
Conduct a review of subordinate performance appraisal and conduct coaching & counselling
Promote quality activity (Safety, Save Energy, QCC, 5S and Kaizen)
Update the laws concern organization
Setting QC quality objective

At least 10 years of experience in Quality Control function from Automotive industry
Direct experience in Quality Control In-process
Good knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and other QC tools
Having knowledge of VDA 6.3
Good command of English and computer literacy
Strong people management skills and leadership skills
Positive thinking and CAN-DO attitude
