Manage operation and staff to work with high quality service in all departments.
Responsible for all aspects of hotel management in accordance with policies and procedures of the company including concern of local regulations.
Promote and deliver unique accommodation, activities and service of the hotel as a destination for travelers to experience.
Plan/support hotel events and activities.
Responding to guest complaints both at property and online channels.
Develop and implement the strategic plan, business plan, annual budget, goals & incentive program.
Other related tasks.

At least 3 years’ experience in international hotels.
Experience in related field with providing high quality customer service.
Proficiency in English and computer literate.
Able to work on a 3 shift basis including evenings, night shift and weekends.
Strong in interpersonal, leadership, creative and administrative skills with ability to manage cash flow and team management.
