Responsible to administer the entire food & beverage operation such as serving food and beverage, leading activities and assisting the guests.
Provide/offering superior service experiences by delivering a unique food and beverage offering, activities and service.
Concern with local regulations such as health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
Hire, develop and retain quality supervisors/employees including managing personal action movement and payroll.
Manage manpower with volume of business and needs.
Ensure the awareness and enforcement of all company SOPs & hostel SOP. Work with the Hotel Manager to update SOPs as required.
Other related tasks.

At least 3 years’ experience in international hotels.
Experience in related field with providing high quality customer service.
Proficiency in English and computer literate.
Able to work on a 3 shift basis including evenings, night shift and weekends.
Good team player, active listening, customer-centric and good physical condition.
Good interpersonal and communication time-management skills.
