รายละเอียดงาน
· Manage full-lifecycle of human resources
· Manage staffing plans, compensation, benefits, payroll, budget, and labor relation
· Review and control Company Regulation and Welfare
· Coordinate with government offices such as Social Security Office, Department of Labor Protection and Welfare, and other related government offices
· Prepare monthly reports, analyze data, and submit to company management
· Supervise subordinates to comply with company’s regulations strictly
· Support ad-hoc tasks related
ประสบการณ์
· At least 10 years working experience in human resources and general affairs in the manufacturing field
· Knowledge in Labor Law
· Familiar with payroll software program “Business Plus”
· Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949
· Good command of English
· Strong negotiation skills and logical thinking
การศึกษา
· Bachelor’s Degree in any field
