• Responsible for overall training and development roles through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives as well as works with auditors, and internal and external customers to produce employee training records.
• Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and job skills qualifications training for employees as well as develops unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
• Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials and manages training projects from analysis, design, and production of Instructor Led materials or Computer Based Trainings.
• Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos and maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements as well as assesses training materials prepared by instructors, evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Other tasks as required or assigned by the management. 

ประสบการณ์

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields with 3-5 years of HROD, development, training experiences in manufacturing businesses
• Strong in presentation, communication skills and adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods as well as availability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills both Thai and English with proficient with Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Excel etc. and ready to travel
