- Manage the sales team so that they can work at their highest efficiency.
- Supervise the contract and transfer amount of the sales team for achieving the set goals.
- Supervise, inspect, advise, and recommend that the team can perform the work correctly according to the plan.
- Planning for public relations for the project both online and offline, such as planning to have a booth, distribute brochures, or create promotional clips to publish online, etc.
- Follow up on the results of public relations projects to report them to supervisors.
- control, supervise, and follow up if customers are overdue (aging) to not exceed the specified period.
- Analyzing and reporting on the results weekly and monthly to supervisors.
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 3-5 year experience in sales real estate or finance will be advantages.
- Fast learner and have an interest in real estate business.
- Skilled in presentation and negotiation.
- Active, good personality.
- Able to work 5.5 days per week.
- Able to work in Chonburi or Rayong province.
- Own car with driving license.
- Have a commission with car allowance.
