- Define the product calendar and strategy.
- Work with principal on fine tuning desired products.
- Define the core positioning and messaging for the product.
- Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Define promotion that ensure sales & profit goals to be met.
- Manage and ensure proper overall inventory level and product sufficiency across sales channels and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze competitors’ product and promotion movement.
- Develop sales tools and collateral.
ประสบการณ์
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cosmetics retail business.
- Demand planning background is a plus.
- Possess strong sense of cosmetic trends and market movement.
- Strong interpersonal skill and cooperation skill.
- Hands on attitude, detail-oriented.
- Possess business acumen.
- English is a must (Fluent both of writing and speaking).
