·        Responsible for developing and implementing customer specification/requirement within the context of product development

·        Designing, planning, coordinating and monitoring production development

·        Developing and accessing products to fulfill customer requirement

·        Specification of project/development cost

·        Preparing, updating and amending of production drawings

·        Checking of customer drawings for their feasibility and for the suitability of their design with material requirement

·        Manage and supervise Technical staff

ประสบการณ์

·        Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Material Science, Chemical or related field

·        Minimum 8 years' experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, Extrusion process, Polymer

·        Good command in English

·        Knowing in drawing, design, Polymer material

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills, decision-making, ability in planning and co-ordination

·        Experience in PFMEA, APQP, PPAP and ECR/ ECN

·        Experience in plastic extrusion or plastic injection is plus

·        Be able to read the part print
