Receiving order from overseas and domestic customers
- Input detail order to system
- Ordering product to our factory
- Manage, monitoring and adjust shipment..
- Arrange and prepare shipment included booking shipment.(Air, Sea and other)
- Prepare sipping documents. Invoice, Packing list and etc.
Coordinate with customer both over sea and domestic
- Manage backlog balance of each customer
- Manage and control forecast from customer.
- Follow and feedback of delivery schedule
- Inform and adjust unforeseen delays or problems
- Control payment received of customer and follow up overdue payment.
Coordinate with factory and other department
- Follow up delivery plan
- Instruct shipment
- Information sharing
- billing
การศึกษา
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- English Business level up
- More than 2 years of experience in Export and import
- Work experience at manufacture is advantage.
- Proactive, decisive, and able to work without always being told what to do.
- Able to coordinate with related parties effectively.
- Identify the cause of issues and able to provide solutions and countermeasures.
