รายละเอียดงาน
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks and process, updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Conducting training sessions with team members, Orientation, Administering on-the-job training programs.
- Coordinate with agency and provide document for Visa & Work permit.
- Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance.
- Hands on experience in HR function
- Other tasks assigned by manager
- Working experience in a multicultural environment is preferred;
- Open mind, great ability to adapt to and learn new things.
- Can-do attitude, high sense of responsibility, result focus.
ประสบการณ์
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in recruitment.
- Having experience in a trading firm of a multi-national organization: import & export or logistic industry experience would be advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated, service minded, work smart, results oriented and able to work under pressure in a multinational working environment.
