Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Provide general information regarding company services. Actively follow up on queries and provide feedback to customers in a timely manner. Inform clients of any new products and promotions that company is offering. Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees. Build trust, value others and communicate effectively.

ติดต่อลูกค้าสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพอใจในระดับสูง ให้ข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับบริการของบริษัท ติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าอย่างแข็งขันและแก้ปัญหา ให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่ลูกค้าในเวลาที่เหมาะสม แจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ๆ และโปรโมชั่นของบริษัท มีความสามารถในการติดต่อสื่อสารและให้ความร่วมมือกับพนักงานทุกคนของบริษัท สร้างความไว้วางใจ ให้เกียรติบุคคลอื่น ๆ และมีการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
