Direct and coordinate information systems planning for one or more IT functions, including systems design, programming, software development, Internet architecture, installations, and operations. Oversee feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or revised applications. Determine hardware and software requirements and expenditures. Participate in the development of the long-term technical strategy for the business unit.
