Record day-to-day transactions, prepare payment vouchers, manage and calculate tax and handle bank reconciliations. Verify and post transactions to journals, ledgers and other recordings. Prepare statements, invoices and vouchers. May handle balancing and reconciliations. Specialise in one area of the accounting functions.
