Senior Legal Manager

Our client is a well-known hospitality company in Thailand. They provide diverse hotel portfolio ranging from luxury, midscale, economy, and budget domestic and international segments. They have operated for almost 30 years. Currently they are looking for a Senior Legal Manager who will oversee and manage all legal matters related to the company's operations.

• Manage the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, external legal teams to ensure successful completion of M&A deals
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor agreements, lease agreements, service contracts, etc.
• Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide legal support for corporate issues and governance-related matters.
• Support other legal matters such as PDPA, intellectual property, etc.

• At least 10 years experienced in legal field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
• In-depth knowledge of M&A laws, regulations, and industry would be advantage.
• Have Lawyer License and Notarial Services Attorney.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Laws.
