Our client is one of the successful oversea property development company and they expand their real estate business operation in Thailand.

• Develop strategic management systems integrating strategy formulation and execution.
• Establish a branding system preferably through building CIS (corporate identity system).
• Develop company policies, procedures and SOP to ensure smooth functioning of operating excellence, customer intimacy, innovation, risk management and sustainability (ESG) for all departments.
• Create a productive business model for the company.
• Develop an MIS (management information system).
• Organize, upgrade and motivate a team of talents to succeed in the strategy.
• Represent good company branding both internally and externally.
• Main liaison and good relations with stakeholders.

• Good command in Thai and English proficiency (Mandarin is a plus).
• Strong knowledge and direct experience in real estate business.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in managing overall organization as a senior executive regarding real estate business.
• Competence in strategic planning and implementing.
• An excellent team leader and motivator with interpersonal relations.
• Solid in strategic planning, leadership and management skills.

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
