Application Consultant

Our client is a worldwide IT Software company focusing on creating and providing automotive software customized for dealership needs. The innovation team is dedicated to creating products and services using the latest technology to ensure our customers' businesses run more effectively and profitably.

This role is to set up and installing MDS and DistributorPower applications to meet customer needs. This involves working closely with customers, sales, and other experts to understand business requirements, design products using current technologies, and create effective applications that contribute to our customers' success

• Install MDS and DistributorPower solutions.
• Provide training and support to users.
• Participate in reviews after implementation.
• Create various documents, including solution approaches, functional design, technical design, and test cases.
• Address high-level customer incidents.
• Collaborate with customers to assess business systems and user needs.
• Conduct quality control testing.
• Contribute to the direction of DistributorPower.
• Support the sales team as directed by management.
• Handle any other reasonable requests as determined by management.

• In-depth understanding of MDS Distribution product
• Extensive knowledge and experience in supply chain and automotive business processes.
• Strong and proven experience in supply chain / automotive product development.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Articulate with the ability to communicate effectively with management and customers at all levels.
