Technology Director

• Lead the deployment of our ERP system to meet business needs and optimize processes.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance and security.
• Mentor and manage the IT team, providing efficient support and aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with business objectives, staying updated on relevant technologies.
• Work with vendors to integrate systems, negotiate contracts, and manage IT projects for timely completion.
• Provide technical support to end-users and establish/maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Develop plans for data and system recovery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• 5-7 years of experience in IT management, focusing on ERP implementation, particularly within the factory business sector.
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Hands-on experience with successful ERP implementations and project management.
• Familiarity with IT compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive IT innovation.
