Accounting & Finance Consultant

Our client is a firm that offers accounting and advisory services to businesses and individuals. Provide comprehensive financial services to support the success and growth of their clients' businesses. They combine technical expertise with personalized attention to address the unique needs and challenges of each client.

• Communicate effectively with clients in English and Thai to understand their specific needs and difficulties that they are facing.
• Analyze and assess client workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in accounting, tax, internal control, analysis, and compliance processes.
• Understand the standard features/functions of the client’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and focus on standardizing processes of the ERP system related to accounting areas.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and solve difficulties encountered by clients.
• Act as a consultant, providing valuable insights, advice, and guidance to clients on best practices for workflow improvement and efficiency.

•  Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a plus.
• Must have experience in auditing. Experience with Big4 audit firms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts and the ability to adopt and integrate IT tools for process improvement.
• Understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and their functionalities.
